Association Amenities

The Association's fishing pond sits adjacent to the Fraser River and is stocked with fish native to Colorado. The portion of the river immediately surrounding the pond is also available for catch and release fishing.

Sunset Ridge Pond

Hiking trails are located within the easements between the rear lot lines throughout the subdivision. During the winter months, these trails are groomed to allow for activities such as cross-country skiing and snow‐shoeing. During warmer months, the trails offer great hiking with spectacular views.
